Ms. Stephanie Lotridge
Stephanie Lotridge has worked for the Idaho Board of Dentistry since 2007. On July 1, 2021, forty-eight Idaho boards and commissions were consolidated into one Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses. Stephanie accepted the position of Licensing and Registration Program Manager of Health Professions for the Division and works as the Executive Officer for the Board of Dentistry as well as the Board of Medicine Allied Health Boards and the Board of Veterinary Medicine.

Ms. Katherine Landsberg
Katherine Landsberg is Director of Government Relations for the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB), the ADA-recognized national certification board for dental assistants, and its affiliate, the DALE Foundation. Katherine joined DANB in 2005, providing high-level expertise in strategic project management, executive communications, and governance support. In 2012, Katherine transitioned to her current role managing DANB’s government relations area, a role which brings her into frequent contact with executive directors and staff of state dental boards. Katherine oversees the compilation and publication of two DANB publications containing regulatory information about the practice of dental assisting in each state, and she is frequently asked to consult on questions about dental assisting regulation nationwide from state regulators and other stakeholders. Katherine has been an active and enthusiastic meeting attendee and member of AADA since 2012 and looks forward to collaborating with executive committee colleagues and AADA members on work that benefits the dental regulatory community. Prior to joining DANB, Katherine worked as a communications manager for a technology company focused on providing affordable Internet connectivity in the K-12 education market. Katherine holds a BA from Northwestern University. She is a native of New Jersey and has made Illinois her home for 30 years.

Mr. Bruce Bronoske, Jr.
Bruce Bronoske, Jr. was born and raised in Washington State. Bruce has worked for the Washington State Department of Health since 2006. The Department of Health, along with various boards and commissions, regulates more than 430,000 healthcare practitioners in 86 professions. The department of health also regulates more than 7,000 health organizations and programs. During his time at the department of health, Bruce has worked as an adjudicative clerk, as well as a compliance officer and finally as program manager for dental hygiene, athletic trainers and dental laboratories.

Ms. Jamie Sacksteder
Jamie has worked in Virginia state government for 12 years serving in a variety of executive and senior management positions in health and human service agencies. She has an extensive background in developing and implementing laws and regulations in healthcare to protect the public as well as in conducting investigations and audits to address accountability in service delivery. Jamie began with the Board of Dentistry in 2019 as the Deputy Executive Director and was in charge of disciplinary procedures of licensees of the Board. Jamie became the Executive Director in July 2022.


Mr. Alexander Vandiver, MBA
Alex serves as Chief Executive Officer for the CDCA-WREB-CITA. As a non-profit organization, CDCA-WREB-CITA’s mission is to protect the public in service of state boards of dentistry in all US states and jurisdictions by providing psychomotor performance competency examinations for licensure purposes. Alex leads a talented and quality driven staff with offices in Maryland, North Carolina and Arizona. Alex’s previous roles included significant experience in operations management, process improvement and strategic planning at large organizations such as GE, Zurich Financial and the Joint Commission. He really enjoys working with CDCA-WREB-CITA member/examiners, boards of dentistry leaders/administrators and all of the educators involved in preparing their students for the oral health professions.

Ms. Bridgett Anderson
Bridgett Anderson has over 20 years of experience in the dental field. Her expertise ranges from clinical dentistry, previously as a licensed dental assistant and dental office manager, to dental safety, prevention and regulation. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, along with a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Her current position is Executive Director of the Minnesota Board of Dentistry, which is the state agency responsible for licensure and regulation of over 17,000 dental professionals in MN. She is very active in the dental community providing education and resources for clinics on regulatory and practice management issues. She is an active member of several member dental and regulatory organizations. Ms. Anderson has lectured nationally on topics such as infection prevention, management of medically compromised patients, opioids, regulation of dental professions, dental license compacts and has written several peer reviewed journal articles on relevant matters pertaining to ethics and safety in dental regulation. She is passionate about dentistry and enjoys working with others to advance public health and safety.
